I am so satisfied with the staff and service of this pharmacy. In addition to their sensitive and professional assistance (including the night staff) no item has been too small and never untimely even though I live 20 minutes from the pharmacy. Dr. Steve Lependorf

New management has definitely made improvement in the store😌 The manager is very professional , He goes out his way to meet everyone’s needs , One of the most important things about being a good manager is to rule with a heart. you have to know the business, but you also have to know what’s at the heart of the business and the new manager has everything it takes to make maple a better environment.

The new manager and his smile and the service, he is amazing!! And the front desk gave me a really amazing experience!! if you are looking for a vitamin look for Mr. Berkowitz! And the lady at the vitamin register was incredible she gave me everything I needed with a fast checkout and care!!

Maple is such a great pharmacy. All employees are wonderful and make sure I get everything I need when I come. They never give me a hard time. All of the staff always go out of their way to make sure every one is satisfied! The store is always clean and stocked and filled with everything you might need ! Thank you to management for having everything together every single time ! :)

Exceptional customer service! I had an issue where I was initially charged because I was told my child's doctor didn't take my insurance. However the team at Maple - Medex Pharmacy went above and beyond to resolve it, ensuring I got my refund. Their professionalism and willingness to help truly sets them apart. Highly recommend!

The guy by the vitamin section was very helpful, he answered all my questions and explained to me some information about the different vitamins, he clearly knew a lot about vitamins and also it was clear he wanted to help me find the best one for what i was looking for, he wasn't just trying to make a sale, I was impressed.

Really great service Very very nice staff Both when you come to the pharmacy and when you talk to them on the phone And if you want to buy the medications elsewhere and they need to send the prescriptions, they do it great without any problems.
